Loyalty 21+ link
Loyalty 21+ flag stores only yes/no, date and method — set only for members enrolled with explicit consent; a scan never auto-enrolls anyone.
ID scan data is never used for marketing.
Data minimization
Stored per scan: time, store, register, cashier, sale ID, ID type & state, §34B listed, 21+ yes/no, expired yes/no, check results, risk score, decision, override reason, salted hash of DL# for repeat-fake detection.
Never stored: images (by default), DOB, address, full DL#.
Proposed production fields only. This local sample stores no real scan, identifier hash or forensic image. M.G.L. c.138 §34B is an accepted-ID reference, not an assurance of immunity.
