Accepted ID handling
Warn on out-of-state non-driver IDs — not listed in §34B. Accepted-ID list also includes MA driver’s license, MA Liquor ID, MA ID, US/foreign passport, US passport card, US military ID and Global Entry.
MA does not issue mobile IDs yet; mobile IDs aren't listed in §34B. Locked off in this sample until counsel review.
Privacy & Loyalty
Face match locked off — pending MA bill S.43 (biometric data). Opt-in only after counsel review; templates never kept.
Stores only yes/no, date, method. Explicit member consent required; no automatic enrollment or marketing use.
Audit controls
Required in this prototype; any four digits work for a sample manager approval.
3 years default is a proposal; counsel to set.
